I saw (500) Days Of Summer last night and it absolutely melted my heart. It also launched a full fledged obsession with Regina Spektor's voice (the rest of the soundtrack is all kinds of awesome too!) I'm not going to lie, I practiced singing Us while driving in my car to and from work today. I'm fairly certain that I'm almost ready for my big debut. (Or maybe I should sign up for those singing lessons first.)
Back to the film...
Boy meets girl, boy loses girl. It’s been done a million times over. That’s why the sublimely smart-sexy-joyful-sad (500) Days of Summer hits you like a blast of pure romantic oxygen. It turns the genre on its empty head and sees relationships for what they are — a bruising business. Someone’s heart always gets ripped out. This movie is a different kind of love story: an honest one that takes a piece out of you.

I want to see this so bad! Just from the preview I think I'm going to love it.
