I must say I can totally identify. A lot of people hate on Courtney for various reasons, but I think what they resent most is her strength. To put it frankly, she really doesn't give a fuck. And while I don't condone her addiction problems and feel badly that she still has to battle them, in a lot of ways, she is a hell of a lot stronger than a lot of people without those types of struggles. <B>Live Through This</B> and <B>Celebrity Skin</B> are also two of my favorite albums of all time. And I loved the quote about music. It is absolutely true, like a good friend, music is with you no matter what, through both good times and bad. And unlike any person, music will never leave you, and it will always be there.
